Jo's Desktop is the trading name for the art and design work of Joanne Everard (formerly Pearcy), a wildlife artist, working Mum and Yarra Ranges resident, creating artwork with a focus on Australia's threatened and endangered species. With a passion for the conservation of wildlife and environment, she hopes her art will help grow the viewer's awareness of nature's diversity and intrinsic value. Capturing the subject's personality and unique features in the artwork helps to create a connection to the creatures we share our land and homes with.

Coming from an artistic family has helped to instill a love and appreciation of all kinds of art, so Joanne has been drawing in some form or another all her life. When starting her own family she took up the pencils and paints more seriously, and combining a background working in the fields of Graphic Art, Desktop Publishing and Printing, produced greeting cards, calendars and prints featuring her Australian wildlife art.

Joanne’s Australian wildlife art products are printed on 100% recycled paper, printed in Melbourne, and are available in Jo’s Desktop Etsy Store.

More recently, Joanne has been developing a new style with acrylic paints and is enjoying taking her art from studio to street with commissioned street art projects and small murals.
